Smile 1999 S420 Problems tranny etc

Hey guys, i have a 99 S420 i am having trouble with the transmission, its leaking and i want to get it fixed asap.plus does anyone know someone who can repaint the entire car for me? about the tranny i believe its the seals and i want to get it fixed from someone that knows what they are doing and i live in queens, ny so if anyone knows a place near queens, brooklyn, long island please let me know, thanks

1999 S320,modified grille area,and cold air intake,wrapped exhaust manifold,wrapped air duct,cold air,ceramic pads,no cats,125 wet shot nitrous 14.6 1/4 mi. at 1475 feet

This is the pre-facelift 4spd tranny. Not sure it'll work in a 1999.
