Audison Bit One Processor

I would like to get so advice. Should I just buy a new deck (Kenwood 9960) or purchase an Audison Bit One Processor? I would like to keep stock headunit but I also want to have a quality aftermarket sound system. (CLS63) I can go either way. Help? Thanks in advance. Any advice would help me!

It's a 2007. I'm waiting for snow storm to pass thru the midwest to have it delivered. I'm not sure if it has NTG2.5 COMAND...
